Open Position: State Sales & Marketing Manager (open)

What’s this role about?
A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced state Sales & Marketing leader to join a reputable developer who is rapidly growing and constant expanding in Australian market.
As the state Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic marketing and sales direction, leading and driving all marketing initiatives and sales functions ensure to achieve sales revenue target with your high performing team.
Being a sales champion, you will be an inspiring mentor to train, coach and develop a high performing team. Additionally, you will lead Marketing team to determine short, medium and long-term sales and customer acquisition strategic goals in line the company’s vision.
What do we expect from you?
· Hire motivate, train and coach Sales team to develop high performing sales team.
· Manage agency partners, third party consultants to achieve sales targets.
· Develop, implement Strategic Marketing plans
· Design, implement national campaigns
· Foster relationships with key stakeholders
· Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met.
· Maintain and develop strategic plans and cross sell opportunities.
· Manage the significant development of the company’s sales
· Skills /Attributes requirement
· Sufficient knowledge and practices with direct marketing.
· Highly successful in residential apartments sales in Australian local market
· Direct experience in working with developer
· Sales Champion & Great Mentor
· Strong leadership to manage a high performing team
· Superb communication skills with internal and external key stakeholders.
